Old Fields, a warm place to gather with friends and family for private events of all occasions.

PDR ROOM

This is a private space with glass doors that can stay open or closed for a more intimate occasion . This space is great for business meetings, Pharmaceutical dinners and Rehearsal dinners.

Capacity: 12-24 people

Sunday through Thursday (All day)

Friday and Saturday 12-4pm

Bar Room

A semi private space within the bar area. If booked outside of service hours the bar is included in the space . This space can be used for both sit down and cocktail style parties. Ideal for showers or cocktail parties.

Our main dining is our largest venue space with the flexibility to host a lot more guests. Great for Showers and Birthday parties.

Here at Old Fields Port Jefferson we have many different options to offer for your special event needs. Our spaces include a private room (PDR), Bar room and main dining room. Each of these spots have different capacities to best accommodate your events needs. These spaces are available for booking Sunday through Thursday all day and Saturday and Sunday between 12-4pm. We are limited for space so all reservations are on a first deposit basis. We will not hold a date unless a credit card is provided.

Terms I Conditions

Confirming Events

A deposit of 20% of the the estimated food cost is required to secure the event. This can be provided by cash or credit card.

Event Timeline

Upon inquiry an email will be sent out giving outlined details of all this information for your specific event. A seasonal menu will be attached for your reference. Your menu selection must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event. In order to reserve the date the deposit must be given.

Head Count

The final head count is required 48 hours prior to the event via email. This will be the minimum amount charged the day of the event, In the event that less people are there day of we will charge an unmet minimum.

Billing

The host of the event will receive the final bill, unless specified otherwise. The following charges will be added; taxes 8.625% and 20% gratuity. The balance after deposit must be provided at the end of the event. Any damages or excess debris, including confetti and glitter, will be subject to an additional $100 maintenance fee.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you cancel the event at any point, the full deposit will serve as the cancellation fee. Options to reschedule will be presented.
